The Wolf Organization went into production in June 2000 with
AventX Connector for SAP ERP for automating the fax delivery of purchase orders, invoices, and acknowledgements. Initially purchased to automate 5,000 invoices per week, AventX today automates the fax delivery of approximately 35,000 pages per month of mission-critical documents across the company.

"The original installation had been the most trouble-free of any
SAP-related product we had," stated the SAP implementation lead for The Wolf Organization. "It was also nice to have a company like STR Software that really understood SAP faxing."

With 98% of faxes being successfully delivered on the first attempt, the company has been able to curb its paper, personnel, printing, and mailing expenses by an annualized rate of more than $40,000 - "a conservative estimate" admits Johnson.
